| Low-Calorie Thousand Island Dressing |
| 8 ounces low-fat plain yogurt | 1/16 t. pepper |
| 1/4 C. catsup | 1 hard boiled egg finely chopped |
| 1 t. mustard | 3 T. dill pickle |
| 1/2 t. onion salt |
InstructionsStir
together yogert, catsup, mustard, onion salt and pepper. Mix in egg and dill pickle. |
