Ice Box Cookies

2 C. brown sugar7 C. flour
4 eggs1/2 C. butter
2 C. white sugar1 t. almond flavoring
1 t. soda1 C. walnuts
1 1/2 C. shortening 

Instructions

Mix Shortening and sugars, cream ingredients.
Beat eggs separately and add yolks. Mix and add dry ingredients and flavoring, add whites last. Add walnuts
Form into loaf and place in cold spot over night, slice and bake.
