| Orange Nut Bread |
| 2 T. Shortening | 1 t. baking powder |
| 1-cup honey | ½ t. salt |
| 1 well-beaten egg | ¼ t. soda |
| 1 t. orange rind | 3/4 C. orange juice |
| 2 1/2 C. flour | 3/4 C. chopped nuts |
InstructionsCream
Shortening and add honey slowly. Beat well, add egg and orange rind. Sift flour,
